How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

You may return unused items, shipped from stock, that you purchased through our on-line store. Custom manufactured items are non-returnable. Please complete the following process:

    1.  Email customer service requesting a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).  In your request, please include the reason for the return.
    2. Make sure your name and address are correct on the invoice. Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
    3. Enclose a copy of the invoice with your return, and send it to the address listed below. Please ship your parcel via a traceable shipping method.
    4. Returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. 
    5. We do not give credit for outgoing freight costs unless the return is due to our error. 
    6. Returns will be credited, using the same method as we were paid for the product. 
    7. Advance Carbon Products, Inc. will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
    8.  Items manufactured special for your order are non-returnable. Should the parts be rejected, we reserve the right to either replace them within 30 days or issue credit. 
    9. To expedite the receiving process, you may call 1-800-283-1249 to obtain an RMA number. 
    10. In all cases, we will strive to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
