How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
You may return unused items, shipped from stock, that you purchased through our on-line store. Custom manufactured items are non-returnable. Please complete the following process:
- Email customer service requesting a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). In your request, please include the reason for the return.
- Make sure your name and address are correct on the invoice. Include your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice with your return, and send it to the address listed below. Please ship your parcel via a traceable shipping method.
- Returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
- We do not give credit for outgoing freight costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Returns will be credited, using the same method as we were paid for the product.
- Advance Carbon Products, Inc. will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
- Items manufactured special for your order are non-returnable. Should the parts be rejected, we reserve the right to either replace them within 30 days or issue credit.
- To expedite the receiving process, you may call 1-800-283-1249 to obtain an RMA number.
- In all cases, we will strive to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
