Quality Mission

Our continuing mission is to provide our customers with quality products. At Advance Carbon Products, Inc. (ACP), we strive to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality system and its processes, as well as their compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, in order to meet the needs of our customers.  ACP does this by continually monitoring, evaluating, and evolving all processes which affect product quality. It is our policy and objective to not only fulfill our customer needs, but to exceed them. All of our products will be consistent with the public good and meet all applicable laws and regulations.

This policy and the associated quality documents - quality manual, quality processes, quality procedures, work instructions - establish the framework for setting and reviewing ACP’s objectives for quality performance and continual improvement throughout its operations and are designed to be consistent with ISO 9001:2015. Top management will review the quality policy periodically to ensure continuing suitability with the organization’s goals.

We have received certification to ISO 9001:2015 for the "manufacture and assembly of precision machined carbon and graphite products for industrial applications". Our certificate number is FM 507154 and expires 10/04/2024. Click here to view our certificate.
