Due to the large
range of applications for these products, all of these items are
manufactured on a made-to-order basis. For most parts, we start
with a hard carbon-graphite material, and then impregnate the carbon
with either a resin or metal fill material. These grades are selected
based upon application requirements (temperature, load, speed, atmosphere,
etc.).

Based upon our
customers requirements, we engineer the product for proper running
clearances and interference fits in the housing. The products are
designed to maintain proper running clearances from room temperature
to the maximum running temperature of the equipment in which the
carbon product is installed. Please contact our Engineering Department
